I asked several questions and their customer service was very prompt and kind. I am very satisfied with the whole purchase process. The shower head is very good too!
I originally bought these products with high expectations. When ordering my shower head a pop up was display for the replacement beads at a discount so naturally i saw why not. The order came - started to use the product - when it came time to change the beads i noticed the packet was for a completely different product. After contacting Mineral Stream SEVERAL times if not more I still do not have ANY answers as to the correct product OR how to fix the issues.
I find it incredibly disappointing there are no videos to show how replacements are meant to be conducted and am even more so disappointed on how little care / communication i have received.
Really wish i could say something nice with this - i guess all i can say is it was good for a few months until the beads needed to be changed and communications with the company begain.
I ordered this product months ago and it never arrived. When I contacted customer support, they were not able to help me.
Installé depuis une semaine et on sent déjà la différence concernant la dureté de l'eau, plus de démangeaisons. Et côté esthétique, s'intègre bien et nstallation aisée. Reçu rapidement.
Wollte die Ware Retour senden wie beworben, nun hieß es muss die Ware nach England Retour senden und die Versandkosten Kosten eigenständig übernehmen, die ca. 30 Euro kosten?!?!?!? Die Ware empfehle ich nicht in Deutschland zu kaufen, da die Rücksendekosten höcher sind als der Wert der Ware selber.
Helaas, waarbij ik hoopte door alle reviews te lezen dat je echt geen kalk meer zou hebben is dat helaas verre van het geval. Heel de douche blijft vol met kalk en de mineralstream lijkt dan ook niks te doen. Geld weg gegooid.
Love this hydrogen water bottle, feel so refreshed after drinking it. I also give it to my dogs & they both love drinking the hydrogen water.
I love Mineral Stream. We have a very high iron content in our water and since using Mineral Stream our water is softer and our skin and hair have definitely improved.

My showerhead lasted exactly 3 months and then stopped working the flow was obstructed. We changed the filters every 30 days tried soaking it in CLR ended up having to change back to the old showerhead so a waste of time waste of money.
Jag beställde ett avancerat filter men vet inte vad jag fick. På förpackningen står det universal filter och produkten saknar märkning och logga. Filtret kan vara bra men det kan också vara värdelöst.
